Global Warming

Baby what is global warming? I like to be warm but now its snowing in spring and that is cold and I thought global warming would be warm and not cold so what do you think?

What I think Babette is that I am very tired of not being able to go outside on my walks because of snow in the spring. And yes snow is cold and you maybe should have noticed that over the last four years of your life.

I knowwwww that snowwwww is cold Baby! I am talking about global warming and that global warming is making the temperature change to what it is not supposed to be.

Babette, need I remind you that you don’t even leave the house most days because you freak out the minute that there is a tiny bit of a breeze because you are afraid of the wind.

I know I am afraid of the wind. It makes my fur all messy and a girl kitty does not want to have a bad hair day Baby. But anyway the temperature keeps changing in the house, it goes from cold to warm to cold to warm and I think that I know what is causing global warming right in the house.

OK Babette, now you know what causes global warming. What is that?

Well I know what it is and I will tell you and that is the human mommy and daddy keep going to the little white box on the wall in the hall and they control the temperature in the whole house which is really the whole world almost and if they would stop doing that then we would not ever be too cold or too hot and that would be the end of global warming so there.

Babette, Babette, Babette. The box on the wall is a thermostat and yes that controls the temperature in the house. Not the world. And if you would go out more you would see there is more to the world than the house.
