Agenda

Baby you are supposed to be nice all year long or you won’t get any presents when it is time for Christmas again.

Uh Babette, I am being nice so I am not too sure what you are talking about.

Well Baby I heard you say to the human Daddy before he went outside to fill the bird feeder to feed all the baby birds I heard you say that he should just let the baby birds all come inside the house and then feed the baby birds inside the house and just leave the food inside. I don’t think that is very nice.

What is not nice about that Babette? Then the human Daddy does not have to go outside and he does not have to fill the bird feeder. Much easier to have the birds just come inside, don’t you think?

Baby I learned a new word this week and that word is “agenda” and now I know what “agenda” means and that means that you have an agenda about the baby birds and that is not very nice Baby.

What do you think my agenda is Babette?

I think that your agenda is to have the baby birds inside so you can be mean to them. I see how you look at them when you look outside the window at them.

I was just thinking about the ease of feeding them inside, I have no hidden agenda Babette.

Baby there are a lot of elections this fall for city council and mayor and school board. Since you sound like a politician maybe you should run for office.
