Like a little girl kitty

Baby the Cat here. Babette the Kitty here.

Baby I was braver than you were, so there.

Babette, I do not think you realize what was happening. It is very easy to be brave, when you are unaware of the danger.

I knew what was happening. They said on TV that it was severe weather and the sirens were going and the sirens said that there was a tornado and the tornado is really big wind and I don’t like wind anyway because wind makes my fur look funny.

OK, well I was brave.

Baby brave is not howling like a scared little girl kitty. I did not cry at all. You did all the crying.

Babette, I was trying to help you by doing all the crying for both of us. I thought that you were too scared to cry. I was the brave one crying for both of us.

Baby I was not scared because I was in my carrier and I was under the sleeping bag and under the pillows and in the basement and the wind or the tornado could not find me because it could not see me and my fur was all nice and flat.

OK Babette, but I know you were scared too. Why did you go running into the closet the minute we came back upstairs.

I was just seeing what was in the back corner of the closet and it took me a long time to see OK. I was not scared, just looking.

OK Babette, whatever.

Meow for now. Meow for now.
